What information do we collect about you and why?

We collect information while you use our website and when you complete a form on our website. The personal information we collect from you includes your IP address (from which we cannot identify you) and information about what pages are accessed, and when. Such website usage information is collected using cookies (see below).  If you complete a submission form on our website, your information will be securely stored in MailChimp. We also use HubSpot for CRM purposes.

The information we collect (by electronic communication and telephone communication) enables us to provide a service to you.  We may request your name, business address, contact telephone numbers and email address.  And we may require information that relates to the service we might provide to you, or the services we already provide.

We’ve put suitable physical and electronic procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect. It’s kept private, and securely stored until it is no longer needed, or until you ask us to remove it from our records. 

How will we use the information about you?

We won’t share your personal information with third-parties, for any marketing or other purpose without your consent. Unless we’re required to do so by law or should the company ownership change.  

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list or update your preferences at any time by using the links in the footer of any email that you receive from us.
If you fill out a contact form on our website, we’ll use the details to contact you by email or telephone in relation to your enquiry.

Access to your information

You have the right to access the information that we hold about you, should you wish to check, update or remove it from our records (for instance, if you change address or email address). To do this, please contact us on 01299 832161.
